monday to fridy every time between 16.00 and 23.00 on weekends 24 hours a day.

14 hit dosnt really cut it in kara/za and beyond , its verrrry low you need 16% +hit for lvl 73+ mobs

How much hit rating do i need?

First of all, you need to get the Nature's Guidance talent in the restoration tree. Other than that you need 48 hit rating+talents to be completely hitcapped.
